BOND ADAMS SUCCEEDS IN COURT CLAIM AGAINST A MERCEDES BENZ DEALER 

Bond Adams acted on behalf of the owner of a luxurious Mercedes S-Class car. The S-Class is a premium brand of vehicle that is designed to provide efficiency and automated assistance to the driver.

The client complained that the intelligent light system was defective and dangerous.

Gerard Mann Limited of Loughborough, being the Mercedes dealer, denied the claims and fought the case all the way to a trial, where they hired a barrister.

Our Solicitor and Partner, Rafique Patel, was pitted in court up against a barrister who had been appointed by the Mercedes dealer. Rafique won the court claim for the client despite the vigorous denials from the dealership.
