Where damage is inevitable, we strive to manage and limit it, with emphasis on protecting reputational risk and, when necessary, individuals such as Directors or senior managers.

We usually work with our clients to avoid litigation. But when we cannot avoid it, our combination of commercial understanding and criminal advocacy experience makes us a formidable force. We also have an experience of the appeals system and judicial review.

In non-contentious areas, we carry out a wide variety of ‘pure’ environmental work, as well as advising on risk assessment and apportionment in corporate, property and financing transactions.
